About Forgive...

There's irony in "forgive but not forget".
It's only hard to "forget" if you hold grudges.
If you hold grudges, you're never able to "forgive."
And if you hold grudges, they will haunt you and you will have a difficult time moving forward.
It takes a strong--a POWERFUL person to not be consumed by revenge or hatred
